The problem that's confusing newbie regarding product types is the naming of it. NNG choose to named their products as:
1. iGO
2. iGO Primo
3. iGO Primo NextGen
and this forum choose to follow that naming convention. A clearer naming would be
1. iGO
2. Primo
3. NextGen
There is no "Primo" version of 9.18.X.X that I know of.
