Just use the version from previous maps. 3dc and 3dl files are not map version specific and are not always updated. Only files in the map folder are version specific.

These files have never been completely correct. Petrol stations on the wrong side of the road, others missing or in the wrong place. In my area a service station that closed at least 10 years ago is still shown. I suspect that if there is a version for the latest map it would still carry the same mistakes. I think these are more meant as window dressing rather than an accurate portrayal. The service stations details within the POI files are probably more correct than the 3dl file.
