    It does not matter that it does not have a name.
    It is important to know two things: it is based on WinCE, and to find its screen resolution.
    Judging by your pictures, it is not bad device at all - 4GB internal memory, 800Mhz CPU, have a BlueTooth.
    No, you can not start programs from WinCE in any windows directly. You need [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
    Start iGO on device, look in MORE > HELP > ABOUT, you can see what version of iGO software you have.
    Usually, you don't need latest version, it is much better that it is reliable and proven. If your version is older, or not cr*cked, then replace it.

    at last pages there are fresh links. Just, first find out what is resolution of your device (I guess it is 800x480)

    Find all files you need in proper sections.

    P.S.
    I doubt your device have legal software. Only big names uses original - Alpine, Becker, Pioneer, Zenec...and they have name on it
    Software for their update is always on their web sites. And it is payed a lot.
    Your navi is probably chinese generic, which is not bad at all.
    And there is no procedure for installation of new software and maps. You just simply download what you need and put on card/device (read tutorial).
