It's the most accurate and also directional but probably not "complete." If you want quantity but not directional, look for SCDB or PoiPlaza with lots of duplicates and errors.

Thanks for the file. I was looking for something that might be in 2017 but this does very nicely.

North America updates are slower than European's. Usually behind couple of quarters. But speedcams in U.S. doesn't change as much as in Europe. If you find latest SCDB and PoiPlaza for North America, PM me with it and I will do some magic (merged and cleaned them) to give a more "complete" dataset.
