It's odd that Cyclops posts were removed since Cyclops is not Garmin. Unless Cyclops sent Chaotix a DMCA notice, then it's over.

If Cyclops is not Garmin, then why sold by Garmin with 1 yr lic and you need Garmin express ?

Many companies make products for other companies. Some even "resold" it under their names. But the copyright is not by the company that sold it, but rather the company that makes it. There used to be alerts from Garmin but they stop it in favor of selling Cyclops, but Cyclops is not Garmin. Pretty much everything coming from Garmin has to be via Garmin Express. Cyclops is UK based company and website is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
BTW, Cyclops also partnered with NDrive and Apello [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

There are HERE maps for iGO, for dedicated car devices, for, Android...Whether to to sue you HERE or Mercedes? Or both?
We are not lawyers, least I'm not. The answer might be able to give us some of this profession. But the issue is also a contract between the two companies.
And why risk it? If it is not a free (and they are not), someone might get angry.

Would you like to say that every store that sell milk bought rights to sell milk or they just bought milk and sell it for different price?

When was forum down you say that was problem with server and backup.
So what is the thruth now?

Would you now stop lie to other members that still don't know what happend and tell the thrut what happend with forum, or we must do this for you and tell the thruth?

Open your eyes and you will see that in month or two you will moderate your own post or shut down this sad thing that you still name gps power.

We all RESPECT and LIKE GPS POWER but this what is now is no more GPS POWER you can change name to GPS powerlessness and please don't destroy our memories to real GPS POWER.
