    Ok, do this. Uninstalled Vocalizer (if any) and also VocalizerEx. Switch phone to use google TTS. Now see if TTS voice config works inside proggy. It should.

    Ok, uninstalled Vocalizer, selected Google then reinstalled VocalizerEx and hey presto its working cheers many thanks the the advise.
