Instructions:
1. Put VocalizerEx folder in android root directory
2. Put content folder under NNG installed directory
For example, it should look like this
\iGO\content\voice
\VocalizerEx
3. Install the *.apk under VocalizerEx
4. From inside NNG proggy, select TTS voice config under Setting->Regional
