Hello,
I will appreciate if someone can provide instructions on how to enter in boot mode on Garmin TT 15 mini dog collar so a collar can be updated over updater.exe?

Dunno about the dog collars for sure, but as they aren't Mass Storage Devices and do firmware updates with WebUpdater rather than GarminExpress my guess is that they don't have a dedicated preboot mode at all. Older 'region-only' Garmin GPS devices without MSM are in a perpetual 'pseudo-preboot' and are seen by Updater.exe without doing anything, as long as they're powered and correctly connected by USB they are flashable. Have you tried connecting it to PC via the charging clip to see if it's recognised by Updater.exe?

Hi Nail,
Well, compared to the older collars this one is a "mass storage device". It is recognized as a flash memory with 5MB space. See image. And what ever I am doing I can't put it in boot mode. I have hold the power button before connecting it in PC etc. stuff. nothing works. The collar is brand new so there should be any problem with it.
Spoiler: image
Also interesting is that WebUpdater is uploading gupdate.RGN in the memory for updating the collar.

Ok, that's clear then. It's a Mass Storage Device. What about using that gupdate.RGN 'quirk' to do your firmware modding by dragging the file onto WU while connected in MSM? I suppose you've already tried that.
