Long post with no enough information. Please, read forum rules, read some posts, and answer the next questions if you really want help:
What model of phone, precisely? Rooted or not? What version of Android? What version of iGO? Where is it located, on mSD card or internal memory?

my phone is samsung galaxy core prime, not root, 5.0.2 lollipop ,igo primo 9.6.29.403969 version located in ext sd card

is the last for iGO primo android . your version is so old
install apk and put the iGO folder in internal memory -. or if you want read this thread it work also in lollypop
