You need to press in the very top of the RH cnr so use your thumb nail from over the top of the unit with your fingers behind. That way you'll get it everytime but pressing directly at the front risks touching the spanner field slightly. Hold for as long as necessary, about 6 seconds, if you see the spanner icon light up let go and start again.Originally Posted by bizzo
