OziExplorerCE & iGO are seperate programs & the format of iGO maps and OziExplorerCE maps is completely different.
So the answer is no, the mapchanger will not allow you to swap between them.
OziExplorer uses Raster maps, or what is basically a paper map scanned & converted to digital form.
Both programs can be used at the same time, either on seperate devices, or if a single device has enough RAM (minimum of 256MB) they can be run at the same time on the one device, swapping between the 2 as necessary etc..
But unless the Ozi maps are very recently updated for your area it'll probably be a waste of time & you're still going to have the same problem you do now with iGO, the maps don't give you the latest up-to-date info.
It's also possible there's no real way to get that info for a GPS device, it might be you have purchase the latest paper maps from the relevant department that handles those things in your country.
