AMR Autoroute Basemap NR 2.00 is an old regional basemap specifically for the Americas. You should replace it with this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. The basemap is stored in .System, named gmapbmap.img.
Do you get any message 'pop-up' when you boot the unit regarding the detail map? Have you got more than one detail map covering the same area on the unit? Do you have old .gma and/or .unl files belonging to earlier map version/s still on the unit?
