I fixed the problem. To update the navigation the following files are necessary:

garmin
-gmapsupp.gma (empty file made of a notepath-file)
-gmapsupp.unl (file with unlock code, generated with your device id and map FID)
-gmapsupp.img (the new maps)
-GarminDevice.xml (the care radio/navigation put this file on the usb. in this file the device-id can be found)
-ADR (folder)
- xxxx.asr -files
-JCV (folder)
- xxxx.jsv files
-PNX (folder)
- xxxx.pnx files

Updating wil take some time (25 minutes)

I'm also struggling with updating the maps on my Kenwoord DNX4210BT model.
Therefore I'm very interested on how you were able to update your Navi.
Could you please explain your steps in more detail to me.
This would be highly appreciated.
