I have china gps w/o TMC and I would like buy "car charger with TMC antenna" as for example

The unit's ability to receive FM or Digital TMC needs be written into it's firmware. A standard TT, Magellan or Garmin etc traffic receiver is highly unlikely to work with a Chinese 'unknown brand' GPS.
