Or maybe the newest Garmin model will named in according to ID and this update for the newest Nuvi 2077 - why not 2xx7?
But Nuvi 1947 is not 25x9!
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

Does fw 4.80 (HWID 1582) accept crack maps ?
If not where I can find 4.60 fw ? (It was deleted from Garmin site)

Ini find nuvi 2xx7 and 2xx8 software version 4.60, but I don't know wether is for HWID 2077 or HWID 1582. Actually, I don't even know if it makes a difference, anyone can let me know?Code:Please Login or Register to see the links
(My Nüvi is the 2597 (HWID 2077), by the way, with the latest firmware (7.6). I want to roll it back to 4.60 to see if I can install a topo map from Mapsource.)

It works, I have finally managed to roll down the firmware to 4.60. But...
Unfortunately my device (Nuvi 2597) really does not allow for other maps than the one from Lifetime update, through Garmin Express...
