Ok, so I have downloaded the unlocl ozboss gprom file 'City Navigator Australia and NZ NT 2015.40 - HERE.gmap'.

I'm sorry but a bit dull today, is this an 'img' file for my Etrex & Nuvi or have I got the wrong file?

If so where is the 'img' file?

gmap is pc install files,
copy it in:
(in XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\Maps) or
(in Vista, Windows 7/8 - C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps)
(in MAC OS
/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Maps/)
You'll have your map in Basecamp/MapInstall.
After that you can load the .img in etrex with Mapinstall

I added Nuvi 2xx9 Foursquare files in post 3
