    Android 8 - that is key factor.
    Unless the device manufacturer has strictly anticipated, you must install iGO from internal memory. Those are Android system restrictions.
    OK, you can try with some of SD moded version, like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. You must follow the instructions very precise.
    But, on some devices, although the apk has been modified, restrictions in the system do not allow the use software from the card noway.

    So, first try with SD moded edition.
    If not work, uninstall properly. Move base folder in internal memory, install form there.
    Main software package is 50-60MB, every device have so much free space.
    Maps (content) can be used from card, described here:

    Thank you for help. problem is solved.
    Can you explein What is mapchanger and how to use it. I find something like this Mapchanger Nextgen 2.8.apk this is install file.

    another thing. on the sd card I had iGO basar 9.18.27717219 and after the installation the iGO Primo icon appeared. Is something wrong?
