Unless the device manufacturer has strictly anticipated, you must install iGO from internal memory. Those are Android system restrictions.
OK, you can try with some of SD moded version, like [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. You must follow the instructions very precise.
But, on some devices, although the apk has been modified, restrictions in the system do not allow the use software from the card noway.
So, first try with SD moded edition.
If not work, uninstall properly. Move base folder in internal memory, install form there.
Main software package is 50-60MB, every device have so much free space.

another thing. on the sd card I had iGO basar 9.18.27717219 and after the installation the iGO Primo icon appeared. Is something wrong?

If it does exist somewhere, it is always specified
Use very latest 7-zip or WinRar software to unpack
