You have to use kunix's cure to revive it:

I tryed it today, and i downloaded all this stuff, downloaded latest? update for 2460 ( 9089 - Nuvi2460, India (GCD file only) software version 3.00 as of April 21, 2015 ). Then i run garmincure3, selected CURE and did all i should and in end i got Processing OK and then i press updater.exe. After that i went into preboot mode and it went well too, updater recognised device, but when i press ok i got message no updates are available for your product. What could be a problem?

The most likely problem is that you're trying to flash the wrong regional firmware because that message means the HWIDs of the RGN file and the device don't match. Is your nuvi 2460 an INDIA localised version with HWID 1522? If it's not then you are definitely trying to flash it wrongly. It's more likely that you have an EU/US version with HWID 1273 which has latest version 3.60 firmware. So check it's HWID: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

If it is HWID 1273 you can get EU V3.60 and earlier from Perry site:

Yes, use Express to populate it.
Create a Garmin folder in it and restart nuvi, then use Express.

I did it, downloaded latest software and maps, almost everything is fine. There are latest maps added and they are woking fine i checked, but when i watch map i just see arrow, i don't see streets around it or anything, and when i type some address i see purple line where i should go, but still no streets. I checked in options and everything is like it should be, what could be a problem?
