Hi Caty,

I was going to ask why the GMAPPROM.img file was so much smaller than the Mapsource version, even when unpacked. But I can see you have amended the information to show that it is actually a collection of City Navigators for Central and Eastern Europe. Is there any timeframe on when we can expect the full City Navigator Europe NT 2012.20 GMAPPROM.img in the same way as the NTU?

by asking 2 questions.

1. What does "seed after download" mean?
and

2. can I use this map on a sd card with Street pilot c510

1. Seed mean you share torrent after download and not shut down it eg. when your donwload is finnish you keep it sharing maybe 24hour

2. i do not have experiment with your device some devices can use only 2gb maps... download mapsource and you can make map combination what you want. map works your device (i do not know if it support over 2gb maps) you must test by self or wait someone wise answer for you...

1. This is a Torrent terminology. Seeders are the ones who provide data for leechers (downloaders). After downloading the file, it would be nice if you seed it for others to download as well. Without seeders, there is no download. The "ratio" column in your torrent application will show you the ratio between what you've seeded and what you've downloaded. For instance: 2.000 means you've seeded twice as much as you've downloaded. It is preferred you seed at least the same amount as what you've downloaded (= ratio 1.000).

2. The StreetPilot c510 is, as suspected by pietu, only suitable for navigation files (gmapsupp.img or gmapprom.img) of max 2 GB. In fact, all units in the StreetPilot c5xx series are. Added info: all units in the StreetPilot c3xx series can only use memory cards up to 2 GB in size. Since a 2 GB card can only hold 1.83 GB worth of data, that means a (much) smaller navigation file than the StreetPilot c5xx units!
