How to make an icon for Nextgen?

Hi everyone. I've been trying all sorts of things to get my icons to show up on my Nextgen unit. I can make icons for Primo but have yet figure out how to do it in Nextgen.

You have to be more precise, which icons and which Nextgen.

The "classics" Nextgen have the icons in the menus in the vector format .svg, on the route they are in the format bmp x iGO, (they are all in the file speedcam.zip), and the POIs can be in either the bmp or bmp x igo format. The same is true for the skin file as well.

In LUNA, on the other hand, almost everything is in vector format, only for your POIs you can still use images in the bmp or bmp x iGO format.

Right now I'm working with Luna. I'm just in the process of making a branding for North America, so I'm quite familiar with the whole process, but I just can't figure out how to make an icon that will correspond to one of my named KML files.

If you want to use svg-format for your kml-file in LUNA,that is known way only:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Thanks for the info, I'll have a closer look on the weekend. Unfortunately the download link is dead, and the guy who replied has an issue, so I'll have to reverse engineer the text file. If I get it working maybe I can make a tutorial how to do it.

Only for information, creating in Luna branded kml-subfolders of categories is not possible (or still is not known)
