It's somewhere in main file (ttn/ttnavigator.exe) incorporated, or maybe - in one of encrypted data_[xxx].chk files
Just because you want to edit it does not mean that you can do it
Don't you think that after so many years someone would have already done it if possible?

Maybe someone it this year look in wrong place, don't have correct tool etc.
From time that i start to work with navigation device i learn this " nothing is impossible " on Garmin device we still find some new thing that we can now edit or do, but last year we can do it becouse we don't know something or we just look i wrong place
Maybe the same thing is here on Tomtom, with menu language.
The problem is that afak all menu related stuff is inside the chk files in terms of icons at least.
Noone knows how to get the chk files into anything editable.
For most users the easiest way is to simply make their own tomtom.mnu ....
