Everything works fine, but on top keeps saying "Your GPS is turned off" even though I turned it on and gave it permissions?

Or try a different GPS apps that can be found here also......

it seems to be specified in the characteristics: GPS only on the model having a SIM card module

If you say you have the LENOVO Tab P11 (2nd Gen) then it comes with a sim card slot.
I would take a good look at all side of this tablet and read your manual as to how to add the sim card.
...and mine dont have sim slot
