Update tomtom in Renault Megane

Hello,

I friend of mine does have a TomTom build into his Renault Megane from 2013.
Is this the same as a doe example "TomTom one" and can I update this this with a navcore from this forum (which one??) and a map?

Unfortunately not. It's Carminat Tomtom LIVE version and it's navcore cannot be patched. He can buy updates trough Tomtom Home application or buy a new SD card on e-bay for around 60 € or at the official Renault car dealer (not recommended as it's much more expensive)
