On February 20th I received an email from TomTom where they claim that starting from April 6th my Nav will stop working because of GPS Week Number Rollover. What will happen? The car's position will remain fixed and navigation stop working.
I'd like to update but what's for patching the Carminat?
Thank you

That's the real reason TT released this new navcore "This update prepares your navigation device for the week number rollover in April 2019 which has an impact on GPS" which was taken from TTs announcement (and my post #1 edited accordingly) so, yes, instal this new navore and remember tp patch it to continue running pirate maps etc
