    Hmm, dave.
    It is an android based device with some kind of GO/NDS software, quite complicated. All manipulations are done online
    As far as I know, it only backs up your personal data, the firmware cannot be found anywhere.

    Did I miss something? Or is it an older device

    As far as I know (which is very little re these newer devices) he's wanting/needing/looking for, and I quote; "a rescue.img , 16 GB of tomtom truck go 6000 nav 4 device" whatever that means??

    I'm not at liberty to post it here but there's "A guide to patching NAV4 devices" tool on another not-to-be-named-here forum and there's an option in that tool to create a full device backup which is what is needed
