Can't activate a new map on TT One V1

I'm refurbishing an old TomTom One V1 (soldering, new battery) & software ofcourse.

Current System:
TT One V1
Boot: 5.5136
Navcore: 8.544 (using [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
Map: western europe v650.1047 (very old!)
Using a 2GB SD card

Can't add a map
As you can see I've updated everything except the map. I just can't get it done. I want to add a Benelux map to the system. I've downloaded Benelux 900_4602 and 900_4611 and used FastActivate and EasyActivator6.10 without result (I don't get an error message). When I restart the Tomtom I only can use the old western europe map. Can I use v900 maps?

SDHC
I also tried a clean install with a empty 8GB sd card. The Tomtom sais it can't find a card. But with the current Boot it should recognize any SDHC card isn't it?
