TOMTOM ONE 2nd and metadata help is needed?

I am a new member of the forum. I'm not very good to find precise information about the threads, so I apologize if I ask things that have already been told.
I would like to upgrade my TomTom ONE 2nd Scandinavian map. Yes, I have found a new version, but it is a meta file and I can not use it. Now I wonder if you could someone tell me from the beginning of what must be done, that I can use the map? Do I need a computer, a program in which the change is made?
TomTom is now to use version 7903.

It would be really nice if someone could tell instructions in Finnish [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

delete old map folder and copy new map folder to device then
use this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

FastActivate Premium
use all 3 buttons from left

Map update is not successful, TomTom says map not found.
Which operating system must be so TomTom can use the latest map version 875.xx? Now it's 7903?
Map Version 71xxx I got to work. But I want to use the map much more later.
What must be done in order to get into the new map update available?

Your navcore is old I recommend you to change it

select navcore SE Navcore 8.412.1236
read instructions careful

SE Navcore v9.101.516023.2 - ONE is also good navcore just make test....
