I have the same problem.. and also I have a 5.8 Inch screen size so you can imagine..
great app but whenever it is started it gives me 2d view , is there a way to start it in 3d view without setting a destination
It seems to only works with Red light & Speed cameras and so on but not over speed limit, it simply just makes the speed Red on the Map and no sound.Quote:

Yeah all has been turned on, it only sounds but no voice still when I try to go over the speed limit. However for Red light & Speed Cameras, it works fine. Also it does not detect local School Zone hours either.
I live in Belgium too and know when I am near a school zone because it is clearly marked and speed limit is 30KM.
Do not need a GPS app to tell me I am near a school zone when I can see it in front of me.
As for hearing someone telling you you are going over the speed limit a tone covers that and looking at your speed odometer is a good marking you are to fast.
That's if you are not paying attention to road sighs.
A GPS app is a great tool but it is up to the users to pay attention to what is going on around you even if the GPS app does not give you what you want in the way of warnings.
is there any lighter version of tomtom for android? I use isudar 4gb ram on the car radio and it takes a long time to load applications .. before it turns on, I will go some route
It has nothing to do with the amount of memory but with the speed of the processor and internal flash memory speed
Yeah using the same. All works except School Zones & "Speed Limit". No sound for School Zones but a loud ding for Speed Limit, it would be nice that it announces "Over speed Limit" like IGO.Quote:
