I think it depends on the UI of the phone...
hello, this is an Xtrons brand 2din radio navigator installed in the car, so it cannot be rotated. Thanks for your work ...
@30Jose,
Have you tried to put your phone in landscape mode? (Not the head unit.)
Reason it is a mirror link of your phone.
I have tested this on my TV flat screen and if you put the phone in landscape it mirrors it on the TV screen.
Try that out and see if it helps.
Eliminating? No. Reducing? Yes. Read this:Quote:

With all do respect to this issue and I understand users.
But at no time does the blue screen interferes with one's travel. It is never near the point where the arrow is.
You always know where you are on the road at all times.
Spoiler: The Blue info sign
I think we are making a Mountain out of a molehill here.
Plus I do not think TomTom is going to put any time into this.
If reducing the size like iozsi has pointed out works OK.
But it also effects the rest of the phone when you do that.
So there could be problems with other apps.
No, not really. I use this trick for several month now and not a single issue with other apps. And strangely, it mostly effect TomTom. iGO Luna for example not change at all and you can always changed back if you don't like it. It's 5 minutes work...Quote:

@iozsi,
I am not saying you or everyone maybe no one.
The fact in the matter is there are some users that have problems with everything.
Some of the simplest things they get wrong and indeed they will screw this up too.
That is all I am saying is someone could have a problems.
Your trick is very good no question about it.
You're probably right...I know what you're talking about :yesyes:Quote:

Hi all,
I have speed limit enabled but it only sounds but does not have voice announcement? How do I enable it so it would say something like "You are over the speed limit". Thanks in advance.
