which version of google map is the latest one that launch TomTom go directly?

Would some one please let me know, which is the latest version of google map, that allow user directly launch TomTom go? Below is background information. Thanks!

I have a very old mobile phone, never upgrade its google map. The google map is V6.14.2 of year 2012.

One advantage of that old google map is I can search some place, then select navigation, and it won't start google navigation by default. Instead, it asked for which navigation app I would use, because I installed TomTom go and Sygic on that old mobile phone as well.

However, recently I bought a new mobile phone, and the new google map in the phone won't allow me to select navigation app anymore. By default, it always start google navigation.

Undoubtedly, google map is best for searching places, but offline navigation, I still prefer TomTom or Sygic.
