Thread: Stuck Garmin Fenix pro 6

Hello. I have a GARMIN FENIX 6 Pro. The problem is that it can't be updated by any standard methods and it can't undergo a factory reset. Let me explain. I manage to update the device with WebUpdater, it says it's successful, but it's not really... after a restart, it's the same version again. I give it a factory reset with all data erased, it starts as if it has been formatted completely, but after a restart, it restores all the old data... even the log files remain. I've tried all available methods online, but I must admit I'm not very experienced with flashing, etc. The watch has great sentimental value to me, so if anyone is willing to help, I would even give remote access to my computer if they could at least try to fix it.
