Where to find Toolkit?
I have been trying to plan a trip using my maps. I can only do certain things. I think I need a tookit for this to work properly. Any suggestions?

I have a locked map set on mapsource and basecamp. I can see the tracks on basecamp only. Since they are locked I can't do the trip planner. Instead of following trails/tracks it just goes in straight lines. I have tried the unlocker but I can't get it to work. The unlock window pops up and nothing happens. I want to eventually transfer the trip planned to my gps.
