anyone managed to install in on a N95-1? maps v2 is built in firmware v30.0.015. i'm thinking thats why it can't be installed?

yea mine's hacked already. i can install unsigned apps. only that when installing this, the Installer just hangs there. i've waited for like 30 mins with no updates. restarted the phone, and saw that the app as Not Installed in App. Manager. like i mentioned, it could be because maps is built into the v 30.0.015 firmware for the N95-1 (classic). i checked on the nokia website that there's no standalone maps installer for the N95-1, unlike for the N95-8gb models which are downloadable.

visit the site and try pressing the Download button for N95-8GB and N95 and see what i mean

I have the same problem with N95 8GB V30, Drakkarious Hack Compilation and Nokia Maps 3204

The Installer just hangs...

SOLVED: should install official Nokia Maps 3204 with License Manager FIRST!

I have it and it is working but I cannot add the "Drive and Walk" due to a message.
License for this region already exist.
After this appear, the screen returns back to the Nokia Map Extra menu.

any one tested the traffic update function yet?

I can confirm it does indeed work.
I'm in Melbourne, Australia and it shows road works ect with an option to recalculate route.

I was very suprised that it worked for us mere Aussie's.....
