Disable screen capture function in Primo

Hello,

When tapping on the upper left corner or maximizing Primo the program takes a screenshot. Is there any way to disable this?

On Primo, the screencapture by button on the map or by the gesture is generally activated from the Extrasettings menu, otherwise it is possible to force its inactivation state when starting primo by placing this in the sys.txt

Why maximize it? Igo would have to be in fullscreen mode.

I have a strong feeling that some kind of skin is being used, or at least a modified package

diMkaWA P1.5.3 Tomsoft skin has this function.

In the past I helped a user disable it on the N a v i t o t a l forums.
I would link to the thread but this forum keeps nuking the link and that forum's name, even when it's behind a spoiler

It was taking a screenshot every time they tapped the top left data field to try and minimise the data fields down as could be done with that skin.
I got a hold of the skin and discovered that tapping the lower half of the button allowed it to minimise without taking a screenshot.
In the end I disabled that function completely by commenting out line number 104 in navigatemap.ui in the ui_igo9\common\ui folder of the skin.

I am not using a skin. It could be because I modified Data.zip to add a custom loading screen and a custom logo. Primo of course is running in full screen but when I minimize it to change the brightness for example (the navigation has an external brightness control) when maximizing it it captures the screen and normaly when tapping the upper left corner. Disabling the screen capture in the extra setting does not do anything as well as puting the line in sys.txt lunapark provided. I will try some other package. Thanks for your help.

Adding a separate loading/exiting logo does not affect anything. I do this for every one of my packages, and for those I prepare for others.
You have extras that are not standard. Ux, deeply modded data.zip or whatever

Could you post a shot of the screen More.../Help/About, which give informations about your Primo version,... and possibly the GPS model on which it is run in order to better understand your configuration

Primo has three customization possibilities, either by a skin stored in "content\skin", some zip in folder \ux, and the branding.zip, if none of the three is used on your device it may have some capacity to take unrelated captures to navigation software

I occasionally use primo on a Wince GPS which has a physical button allowing me to return to the main menu of the device to adjust , the sound, brightness and various other parameters independently of primo, in this case primo disappears of the display by "minimizing", to return to primo in maximized screen I press the button associated with launching navigation, there is nothing surprising in the fact that Gjon's GPS could have such a device, which is why we need him to give more details in the case where his device runs well under Wince and not on android.

I searched and could not find a solution, I am sorry for bloating the forum.

Here I am using a package suggested by you the Civic Reborn (great package don't get me wrong But even when Screen Capture is disabled in the extra settings and the sys.txt line provided by lunapark added it still takes a screenshot when tapping near the battery icon

I see you're getting into business ...

It is civic edition in emulator with changed logo, but ... it doesn't mean almost nothing. Where did you get that package from? Post a list of files and folders ...

You do/test it all in the emulator? Does the same thing happen on the device?
Did you change something in the sys file except for the info from lunapark?
