Downloaded Map - Meta file incorrect - dct error

I have downloaded Canada-Alaska_1085_11364 with its meta code Canada-Alaska-103329.

When I F/A it using opt:2 I have a dct: error. If I use opt:5, nothing shown. If I catch it quick enough. I can read, it cannot find the meta file.

Any Help or suggestion as to what I could use to see in/open the file to check its data.

From pe1agp (Fastactivate custodian):-
a) It's all in the help file but...copy the meta's you require into a file called mymeta.txt and use that to activate

b) There is a good chance that when you get the meta.txt via Fastactivate you will get a wrong old meta.txt.
It is best to search here for a meta.txt
The normal meta.txt can be edited with any editor, that it doesn't work indicates that you didn't get the right file
