Northwest of Spain and Southwest of France - Death zone for truck :) - SOLVED

Hello guys,
I have a GPS with iGO Primo 2.4 WinCE (version 9.6.13.405512) with the truck configuration and works fine.
The configuration of my truck is basic: 16m, 2.5m and 4m without ADR and with updated Europe 2020.Q2 maps.
Problem:
1. Since 2018, in the northeast of Spain and southwest of France (mainly in the area of Bórdeus), the routes have gone crazy with straight and uncontrolled lines.
2. On some highways in the same region, iGO says that trucks are not allowed but in fact it is allowed. These highways have been around for a long time.
I thought the problem was on the maps but as 3 years have passed with several updates and the same route errors continue in that same region. I don't know why this happens, I always get nervous when I cross that region. But outside that region, iGO works very well for trucks.
