Strange App Error tulongdao.exe error on Igoprimo Honda Civic Reborn version

first I searched the forum for this error
I finally got iGO Primo 2.4 v.9.6.13.405512 - Honda Civic Reborn version and loaded it as per all instructions plugged it in got a pretty picture immediately that said "car navigation system and a fatal exception error tulongdao.exe any ideas ? system is frozen on the gps side will have to try a factory reset or disconnect the battery

any help would be awesome .. novice igo user
