what flavour of IGO is available in the play store ? Is it IGO primo or nexgen ?

Only one version is available, for a long time. So called "World" edition of NextGen (ok, NNG still call it Primo NextGen)

You could easily see it yourself, looking at the its numbers (nomenclature).

Where are all the files stored in the mobile phone (android 6) ? I have searched in the phone but cannot find where the files are installed.

In system partition. Every (well, almost) genuine software put them there...
Without routing you can't even see or access them.
