2. Copy - NaviTel_Activation_Key.txt to folder /InternalMemory/NavitelContent/License/
3. Download Maps and copy to folder /InternalMemory/NavitelContent/Maps/
3. Start Navitel navigation

I can't find the folder .../NavitelContent/ after installing the App. The shortcut appeared on the main screen, and I can start the App, but the mentioned folder is either missing or hidden very well.

It is "hidden" in the root of phone internal memory, well visible. You can see it with a file manager.

It is strange. I have found the folder finally. The real place was: "SD card\Android\data\com.navitel\files\NavitelContent"
But thank you for the response anyway.

I do not know what model is your phone, but in Anroid 5 and 9 the folder com.navitel/files is empty, and working NavielContent folder is on the root of external or internal memory.
