Hello,

I have Garmin Transalpin V4 PRO Map map on my flash disc in Garmin directory. I can't open this map on my Basecamp with my main computer. I have error:

An error occurred when attempting to use the Garmin Transalpin V4 PRO Map Product.

Everything goes fine with my second laptop with the same flash and same Basecamp version (4.4.7). I can open map without problems.

I have reinstalled Basecamp, but this doesn't helped. Problem cures only with Transalpin map.

How to solve this problem?
