Just bought a new 78sc. I would like to use it for both land and marine nav. I would prefer to keep a small main img with just world map and basic features while enable/disable more specific maps on the SD. As it is the default gmapprom.img is 2GB. I unlocked gmapprom.img with unlocker ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) and split file using GMapTool using dummy FID/PID 1/1. Map shows in all applications after running install.bat. MapSource, BaseCamp and HomePort all crash when I select this map. Any idea what I am doing wrong? How can I extract/remove advanced map features from default gmapprom.img? Windows 8.1 x64
