Did someone try to use (successfully) an equivalent meta code?

I've tried, but I was not able!
I did the following:
(1) I copied the map 930.5560 Iberia to the root
(2) Deleted file their 913-Ibéria.meta
(3) replace this file in the new map with the equivalent meta code, which is the 915-Iberia
(4) after run FastActivate steps 1, 2 and 3, NO error message!
(5) After run "my device info" the FastActivate the map was there (in the device)

But it wasn´t! I could not see the new map in my device!!!
What do you think is going wrong?
