That 2 files from inside the regular archive car: ico.bmp and top.bmp? This are made by exporting from Sketchup in 2D format PNG.
After this, with a regular image editor you need to crop only the car (with lasoo tool, for example) and to export in PNG format. The last step is to use iPAQ 31x Image Explorer to convert from PNG to BMP (aRGB) format. Drag this 2 files to car arhive (use for this Winrar <=v4.0)
