It is diagnostic data for "Lock On Road" function only. You can see and compare info for cursor coordinate on map and really position (raw data) on ground. So you can check the accordance of map and really position. The header say about it inter alia.

I know the man what do it easily. But we still not have data what wrong in Garmin GPS module after conversion and it is the key point of discussion.
