Hi experts,
I can't work out how to plan a route.
Eg I'm in Paris but I want to see how long it would take to drive from Marseilles to dijon.

Possible?

Place the GPS in Simulation Mode.
Tools Settings System Gps Simulator ON.

I wish the garmin documentation was as clear as your post.
After Go you say No to simulation and by pressing on figure displayed in bottom left you can toggle between distance and duration.

And pressing on "Gps is off" you See The route turnbyturn description and map of Route. Wow!
