Don't double posts. It has been asked before from others; I'm sure if it's available, it will be posted. Here is last one I have for South Africa (2017-02-08), only unlocked

The terms are straight forward, locked is original (or protected) data and can only be used on device with correct "key." While unlocked can be used on any device. It's explained in first post. So think locked=protected and unlocked=unprotected.

The modification of FID,PID,VID,RID. If you been checking the stats I posted for locked and unlocked, you'll see a pattern.

For newbie that doesn't know how to "unlock", the unlocked .gpi is posted as a convenient. The original (locked) .gpi is posted for people who need to do some "post-processing" on it; if the posted unlocked file is bad, then people will want the original file to try to unlocked it themselves; if you can post only one, post the original .gpi

    1. You don't need both. Either decrypt (unlock) them yourself or just use the already decrypted (unlocked) files you require.
    2. "EasternEurope" Cyclops covers only Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia. If using that file in those countries then yes, remove the sample file first.

I see your post shows your location as Odessa. There is no Cyclops coverage there. Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova are not included in any current Cyclops files.

Hello Oisiris! Sorry, I was economical in words which led you to understand that I had not searched and found in your post on the 26th. I looked yes, I found, I downloaded and I seperated that of Portugal. However, I veiriquei that it has only 134 kb and I found it very small. So I understood that it was a file that did not have all the cameras and warnings, which is why I requested a complete package. But if it's complete, fine. But you are quite right, as I wrote, your interpretation could only be that I had not really sought. I'm sorry again and thank you for everything, ok? Hugs from Brazil!
