I have android 6.1.0 car navigation system allwiner t3p3 fixed in Ford Fusion
If set language to arabic and time to 12 hours .it makes APP widgets stopped and time go to zero and not update.
If I set to arabic and time for 24 hours .APPwidgets and time continue running and time is working and update.
