    Default Please help. VW rns810 map updates not working stuck on insert CD/DVD

    I updated my firmware on VW Touran.

    When I press the SAT button, i get the insert CD/DVD.

    I have Western Europe V16 the DVD loads but never finishes the updates.

    I copied the files to SD card 32GB.

    The sat nav does not read the SD card. when I play mp3's the SD Card works and all files are shown but no map update files load.

    Do I need a ISO image or am i missing something?
