Software version PSN 1.7.4.2

This GPS device with DVB-T receiver has few levels of protection:
PC connection is disabled, so no way to modify files from PC.
If standard unlock is used, renaming original start-up program in navigation folder, navigation.exe or similar - in this case Spike.exe, and putting in it's place program to start menu and later starting renamed program from menu, does not work because windows starts background program Watchdog.exe which resets system if any of original files is modified. If Watchdog.exe is disabled, original program does not work.
So only solution is to leave all original files in navigation folder untouched and to modify program in system folder that starts system SProc.exe to start another program that will start menu.

Instructions:

1. Download and unrar file (use WinRar)
2. Copy contents of folder to root of SD card (128 MB - 2GB)
3. Turn OFF device by pressing power button for more than 3 seconds or pres "RESET" button on device (bottom-left)
4. Put SD card in device and turn it ON by pressing power button for 3 seconds

Device is now booted from SD card, and you can see Total Commander for Windows CE on your screen.

5. With Commander open in left window folder "ResidentFlash" and in another window folder "sdmmc disk" in which you will see folders Apps, Launchpad, Navigation and System and program VDOService.exe

6. Copy all folders (Apps, Launchpad, Navigation and System) to folder "ResidentFlash" and overwrite all files when asked.
Only one file is overwritten (SProc.exe) in system folder and this one will be backed up as SProc.old.exe in same folder, so you can restore it by deleting SProc.exe and then ranaming SProc.old.exe to SProc.exe.

System will after reboot start with menu in "\ResidentFlash\Launchpad" folder, and full .INI file for menu is in "\ResidentFlash\Launchpad\INI Files" named MAINPAGE.INI (original in Launchpad folder on SD card).
You can edit this file however you want, there are many completed commands for some GPS programs.

7. Only thing left is to activate USB connection for PC (ActiveSync) and for that browse to "sdmmc disk" -> "Apps" -> "USB" and start program "Usb-as.exe".

Now you can remove SD card from your device restart it and connect it to PC
You can start original program with "Navigator" button
